Charity bike ride for the Victims of Chernobyl Childrens’ Trust Charity.
Caldicot Male Voice Choir – Charity bike ride for the Victims of Chernobyl Childrens’ Trust Charity.
This charity was launched in Manchester in 1995, the head office is in Glossop and they have around 20 local groups across the UK. Every summer they provide a month long recuperative holiday in the UK for about 250 children from Belarus. CCP deliver four convoys of humanitarian aid to Belarus each year. They purchase urgently needed medical supplies for the Children’s Cancer Hospital. They work extremely hard on improving the educational and social opportunities for the children with disabilities. Their work is phenomenal.
Caldicot Choir’s cycling club are holding a sponsored cycle ride from Brecon to Caldicot on the 13th July 2013. To date they have over 50 dedicated riders, their aim is to raise at least £5000 to fund the visit of six children and their interpreter to Caldicot for a month.
Why not join us at Caldicot Choir Hall to applaud the riders as they return.
Inanda events will be catering with a hog roast and salads. Please come and support this amazing charity and together we can make a difference to these children’s lives.
